Blood sucking demons - a rather descript name given to fleas and ticks by a former hospital employee and friend.She truly hated them!
She wasn't too far off. These parasites are not only a severe nuisance to pets (causing skin disease, anemia, and allergies),
but pose a a serious health risk by being a carrier on many diseases; a few being Lymes disease, Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever,
and bubonic plaque! Although these diseases are all rare, they warrant total efforts to rid our pets of these harmful parasites.
Past attemts included powders, shampoos, sprays, "bombs", and flea and tick collars. Not only were these products
fairly ineffective, there were some serious side effects possible from their use!
Modern technology has given us quite a few newer and more effective products to eliminate fleas and ticks. Products such as

Revolution,
and Advantage
have all greatly improved our odds of winning the war against fleas and ticks. Not only are these products safe and effective, they
only need applied once every month, and they even withstand bathing!
